Liquid pectin is the best. It is used to make jelly and I have seen it used more then once to clean someone system out. If you mix it with a powerade or something and drink it an hour or so before you get your UA it can clear your system out. But your going to want to pee at least once before you go so that you flush out what you had your system before you drank the pectin. You can buy some at wal-mart and you only need one packet.
