I really want to detox my body naturally. I've heard of the master cleanse (the beyonce diet) but I doubt I can go 14 days without eating. Is pomegranate juice a good choice? Also, I heard cranberry juice and greentea was good for detoxing also.

Hi,
Here's an article about a great tea that I use that detoxes my body. It works so well that I notice when I miss a day of drinking it. It's made from Holy Thistle (that's where it gets it's name) along with a lot of other herbs. http://www.healthy-living-for-moms.com/detox-the-body.html .
