How to pay for detox from perscription drugs?

Question by John W: How to pay for detox from perscription drugs?
My mom is addicted to Norco and Xanax. She desperately wants to get off, but all these detox programs in our area cost thousands of dollars we don't have. She is currently living off of SSI and I am a full time college student. Is there some way we could do this cheaply or for free? Are there any charities out there that do this kind of thing for people? She's been addicted for over five years and her health is starting to deteriorate as a result. She's tried cold turkey, as well as every relevant phone number in the book (including local churches). It seems like we've exhausted every possible option we know of. Any suggestions?
I live in northern California, San Fransisco Bay Area

There are programs available that are free. You did not mention the state you live. I had a family member who was addicted to prescription drugs and the detox (2 week stay) was free. She was receiving little income before her treatment,,so I'm not sure if low-income was a factor.

Question by Me: What is a good detox diet that i should try without major health risks?
I've looked into the lemon detox and it can apparently make you feel run down and gain wait after it is complete.
I can deal with only drinking liquid i can manage fasting.
Also i am bad with sticking to a diet unless it tells you what to eat and when, like a good guideline roster.

Try an all-natural diet. Limit the bad fats and sugars. Going on a fast or "detox" diet isn't going to do your body much good.

Question by Scott L: How long does it take to completely detox marijuana?
I've smoked about 2 times a day for the last two years, more on the weekends. I'm 18 and I don't exercise much. How long do you think it'll take to naturally detox if i increase my daily exercise and stop smoking completely? I've heard that people who smoke very often detox quicker, is this true? Thanks!
