WATER!
yep! water – whack some lemon or lime juice in there too as this will help to clean your kidneys and liver and has an enzyme in it which will eat fat.

The best is water. Try to stay away from soda, Gatorade, pwerade, energy drinks etc. Just don’t drink anything with sugar in it.
