The journey of your life! Feeling better starts with us and ends with us. Some people get fat from stress and some are thin and drop dead from a heart attack. The fact is we all get stressed but every ounce of pain I have shows up as fat. Thanks for sharing!

WOW that awesome you lost so much weight you look terrific! I am currently a overweight teenager i try to loose pounds but always find myself eating junk food again. I was always sick of looking in to the mirror staring at a fat chick, I didn’t think that appreciating who i am would help me, but now I will try to be nicer to myself emotionally and physically THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

@letmebegofindurself Don’t worry about what other say. People only say bad things because they don’t feel good about themselves. Anyone who loves themselves loves others too and would not say anything like that. You don’t have to suffer. Find the love for yourself, and make the reasons you want to be thin stronger than the reasons you stay overweight. Do it for YOU!

Thank you for this video! I am truly inspired by you and many people i have seen on youtube. I have been battling my weight for at least 10yrs now and its painful. I recently put up a photo of me and a close friend and I knew I would get stupid comments. One person called me fatboy and that just really hurt my feelings but also got me really mad. People don’t seem to understand how much suffering you go through being overweight and all the work you do to try and take it off.

how did you loose the weight i read every thing you wrote on this video and i want to now the secret for losing weight. did you do any exercizing? and what kind of foods did you eat. I just want to loose 30 pounds. im 140 right now and my older sister is lighter then me. thats making me sad pleeeeease help me. My mind and soul wants to lose weight i just dont now how to.

I know how you feel! My sister was obese all her childhood and when she turned 14 she knew she had to do something, she was loosing weight by drinking water instead of soda eating right exercising and she lost an amazing 42 pounds! As we moved all over the united states she began to eat fast food and is now obese again by the age of 16 she has fat deposits on her liver. But now she is beginning to loose weight again and has lost up to 56 pounds this year. It just keeps on changing!

@19may0001 Funny, but NOT. I have actually evolved to an entirely raw foods diet and haven’t eaten meat for 25 years. But if you do eat cheese burgers, do it with joy because feeling guilty about what you eat is the worst thing you can do for your body.
