The next tip is, don't get processed foods. Any kind because these foods contain white flour and sugar which are considered unhealthy for you.
Another important tip is to eat foods with fiber. Doing this will help your digestive system clean out. There are some juices out there with fiber if you're a juice person.
Getting lots of veggies and fruits is really good for you. A tip would be to eat lots of salads or blackberries.
When your starting your diet always remember that even though you're probably not going to like all these cut backs on some foods just know that in this day and age there are more varieties. Also you could do research on this too.

One thing people mess up on when they start this whole process is that they don't remember to exercise. You may be wondering why you have to exercise, well its because it helps to get your toxins out faster. Not exercising will slow the process down. So take this tip and exercise because you might lose weight in the process!
