can anyone tell me how to make the perfect detox drink?
Question by Porscheca: can anyone tell me how to make the perfect detox drink?
I need the perfect at home and quick detoxing system.I dont feel like blending any fruits or anything like that.just quick fast and safe so that i can drink it about every wk or so.thanx it would help.

epsom salt and water. like two table spoons of the salt and a cup of the water. Seriously it works. Its even on the box.

The best is plain old tap water. Everything else is just a fad. Your body does its own detoxing continuously and only needs water to flush it out through the kidneys.
